As with every spring, nudes return to popularity as with the immortal horizontal stripes.  Nudes are practical for layering, easy to wear for most every skin types and blend well with most any other hue.  I’m quite partial to nude leathers myself [check out these oxfords I acquired yesterday while thrifting] due to their extended wear life from the skins.

Mesh insert tops are still enjoying a popularity runoff from last summer, Topshop’s elastic mesh crop being an excellent option or for mesh on your legs, Topshop also has excellent snake seamed tights.  Alexander McQueen has a lovely sheer moth print silk scarf is just the finishing touch from all looks from hard to lady soft.

Now we come to the leathers; my favorite part! There are beauties such as Ai_’s waxed hobo, or the delicious Lily and Lionel bike jacket (from $640), which also happens to be on sale.  The last of the crew are the footwear duo; Alexander Wang’s heeled oxford and Rocco Pistolesi’s perforated loafers are excellent every day walking shoes for you city crawlers.
