For the t-shirt lover that wants to keep their silhouettes unexpected, this tee is one for the cult collection. The tee is also available in a soft pink, if you’re so inclined
These are like a hybrid of the much loved Aviator, but with a mash of incredibly hot metal and acrylic. This particular shade is available at limited Saks 5th Ave locations, and retail at $435.
Just another thing to love about the Canadian Dsquared2 duo.
Project Runway judge and Marie Claire fashion director Nina Garcia is releasing a new book to tell you how to wear your clothes, just in case you needed another source of reference.
It’s going to be called Nina Garcia’s Look Book (of course), and will feature illustrated spreads of suggestions concerning particular events such as job interviews, dates and so on.
We’ll see just what Nina has to say in her Look Book, and you can expect a review in the near future!

For those avid fast fashion F21 lovers, Forever 21′s iPhone app [download] is going to be the download of the month.
The app will allow you to shop the collections, easily view new arrivals (which there are always tons of), view their daily ‘21 Specials‘ and spy their deceivingly good lookbooks (you know what I mean – the items never look as fab in person)
Regardless, it’s free, and it’s available. Grab it if you please!

New York designer Norma Kamali’s Techwalk mannequins are being released on the streets of NYC today.
If you’re in the New York ‘hood, check out the mannequins on Broadway – they’re part of the Sidewalk Catwalk exhibition. You’ve got until September 3rd to see the pieces, which gives you amount of buffer room.
Other designers taking part include DVF, Badgely Mishka, Betsey Johnson Rachel Roy (amongst others!)
Australia’s SENSO has finally hit Solestruck, which means that some killer stompers are officially available to the world. SENSO has been on the radar of the style elite for some time, but has yet to hit the mainstream… better get your pairs before everyone else does!
It’s the season of the pop-up shop, and what better way than for Vancouver’s Wear Else to spread their wings and fly to Coquitlam! It’s 40-70% off to boot, so it’s worth a trip (and technically a short term outlet!)
The WE pop-up shop is open from June 19, for only four weeks.

It may not be ideal, but we’re living in a superficial society, and the clothing industry depends on us keeping with that to sell clothes. If you have rolls, it’s not beneficial for you or your employer for you to be wearing a crop top.
While some may be offended, it’s time to get our heads out of the sand and accept the current image standard. If you don’t like it, there is a simple solution – don’t work at that clothing shop!
If you’re angry about the industry standard, do something about it (blog, be an activist, etc), but don’t expect the world to bend to your needs immediately – it’s time to get off the entitlement pot and get over it.

It’s bad news for the spenders, and a mighty temptation for the savers! Oasis has launched their sale, which means pieces are up to 50% off.. deadly, I tell you. Of course, we’ve going to have a rundown of the best the sale has to offer – check it out.
Oasis is a, well, Oasis for footwear also; they use real leather and imitate some of the most coveted designs. The Maddison wedge exists for those Surface to Air fans, Interlink glads and grey Sofia brogues are all very much worth a buy.
Traveling can be hard on your skin, especially when you’re up early after late nights and being assaulted by the sun. Nivea‘s travel size creme has been saving my life, and for only $1 CA per pot.
If you’re going on holiday, grab a few of these babies and apply under your eyes, around your mouth and on any forehead lines. This way you can keep your trouble spots moisturized so lines don’t get any worse and the skin can recover.

During the past few days I’ve been practically living at Luisa via Roma… trust me, it’s the good life over there. For two days, some of the most awesome fashion bloggers in the world have been hanging out, eating marvelous Italian food and styling beautiful models with FW10 clothing at Luisa.
While our photos are still in the edit room, our first day video is up!! I’m the one with the orange hair in the Motel Zoe wolf print tank dress and fatigue shorts.
The lip color will only be available at the Lancôme counter at The Bay Queen in Toronto and online from June 17-19, until stock runs out. If you’re in TO on June 17, you also have a chance to meet both Lora and Mark themselves (from 5-6 PM) – quite the opportunity, indeed!
The makeup was designed to be an extension of the knitwear to create a complete look; check out the installation, grab the lip color and live Fast.

She’s got a Mulberry bag named after her, and hosts a US TV show, and the fashion world has a giant style boner for her.
Someone help me, because I think I’m missing why Alexa Chung is such a big feckin’ deal. Is it because she wears hipster chic clothing that’s expensive? Is very capable of having perfectly unperfect subculture friendly styled looks?
I don’t get it.
I’m not trying to be coy here, or a critic – I just can’t understand why people are flipping their lids here. She just reminds me of a fashionable Donna Chang (yes, another Seinfeld reference)
Luxury giant Net-A-Porter has announced a menswear site, Mr Porter. The site will launch in time for the SS11 season, and will provide everything women have come to expect from the site – styling advice, editorial content and varying emerging and established designers.
That likely means that sister site The Outnet will soon have a male version – what great news for fashionable boys the world over!

Jeffrey Campbell is the patron saint of the high street shoe lover, and with the label’s upcoming lookbook comes – you guessed it – new, lust worthy footwear.
The boots to the right are completely amazing, and unfortunately we only get a photo for now [the image shown is by Helen Pearson]
Did I mention there is going to be a video accompaniment to the lookbook images? Yeah. This one is going to be erotic.
This is quite possibly the most ridiculous/amazing piece of finger jewelry that I’ve ever laid eyes on – it’s the Hoorsenbuhs rose gold diamond ring, with trillion cut diamonds laden in the golden diamond shape.
You may not be able to spy the diamonds in the detailing of the ring, but check out this close up. The diamonds are in a crown-like formation at the top of the gold cut diamond shape, and they’re equilateral triangles.
To get one of your fingers this spectacular piece, you’re going to have to shell out a princely sum of £6,650 (roughly $10,106 CA); apologies for the dashed dreams.
