WHO designed these boot/heel/legging/spat pieces of art?!
These were found on Tumblr, which (of course) was completely useless other than providing the random image.
THIS IS INFORMATION THAT MUST BE ACQUIRED… please share if you have knowledge of the designer!!

Turns out they’re by Laquan Smith from NYC! Amazing stuff.

LaQuan Smith http://www.laquansmith.com/ but I’m sure he charges a lot for them, there’s a girl who blogged when the Rihanna video came out because she was wearing a body suit version and she makes them too but I can’t remember her blog…
