wow…that was just…garbage. self-involved, horribly edited, way too “try-hard”.

@Sally: Everything about Lady Gaga is over the top… how could you expect anything else!

that was weird, kind of expected but also not at the same time…beyonce’s voice was the only thing that made the whole thing bearable for me!

I don’t know if Lady Gaga is self-involved, but she’s so campy and fun that any attempt at parodying her would fall short of the real thing. I think she’s achieved a level of absurdity that she’s beyond the realm of “try hard” (unlike, say, Britney or Christina’s attempts to sex it up).

Besides, did you catch the part where Gaga flashes her crotch and the guard comments about how she has no dick? Love how she can make fun of herself.

I love her, but who ever directed and edited it? No dice….thought you had to go to school and train to do those things

Wow. She steals Isabella Blow’s style and now a blatant rip off of Quentin Tarantino in this video.

I believe Gaga’s audience to be common – they actually think she’s a novelty, wherein reality, and to put it simply, she’s a copycat. Devoid of independent thought or creativity. Try asking any average Gaga listener who Isabella Blow was and prepare for the stupefied look…

The studio voices and massive product placements are a classy touch and of course exactly what I’d expect from Gaga. She’s got to profit on her 15 mins of fame (that’s and Andy Warhol reference, for all you Gaga twits out there).

As an average, occasional Gaga listener, I would just like to respond to the comment above:

1. I know who Isabella Blow is.
2. I don’t feel the need to flaunt my superiority by quoting Andy Warhol out of context.
3. But since you brought up Warhol, heard about his concept of the appropriated image? Nothing that gets created exists in a vacuum of influence.

I found the video to be a bit choppy edit wise. But once I watched it a couple of times, it didn’t bother me as much.

Too many favorite parts to mention. So in love with Gaga and Honey B!

Also noticed Semi Precious Weapon’s frontman Justin was one of the extras eating at the Diner scene behind Tyrese. Hehehe. FUN.
