Agyness Deyn, who appears to be doing anything but modeling these days, is officially a designer for Barneys Japan.
Nobody mentioned her being a talented designer, and with the two preview monstrosities that have been released one has to wonder what she was thinking to release such a collection.
This nearly translucent purple cowl neck dress is not only unflattering even to the size 2′s, and the loose knit stripe sweater is the epitome of non-design so loved for pseudo celebrity ranges.
Aggy has been lauded for her neo-punk styles in years past, but with her edginess gone with her platinum boy locks one is left to wonder why she was chosen to ‘design’ this collection.
While one can’t say the Grimace piece looks familiar, I can confirm I purchased that sweater four years ago at French Connection on Robson Street.

That dress looks unflattering on a _mannequin_. What a waste of cloth.
