Marc Jacobs Sues Ed Hardy Swine Christian Audigier!!

In this litigation, it’s a case of douche versus designer – go Team Marc!!

One can see why Marc Jacobs filed for trademark infringement; the bags share nearly identical knotted straps, side pockets, size, stitched name logos and nameplates. MJ is going full stop on this one – he’s not only suing for copyright infringement, but is claiming unfair competition.

Let’s hope he takes dirty Audigier to the cleaners.

I don’t think he needs to worry about competition-the people who buy MBMJ are in a whole different level of class than those who buy Ed Hardy (who, well, have NO level of class).

JACOBS SHOULD SUE THE HELL OUT OF HIM, THIS IS NOT THE ONLY DESIGN AUDIGIER HAS STOLEN FROM JACOBS. HE HAS ALSO STOLEN FROM ED HARDY AND HE IS A RACIST. THERE IS NOT ONE BLACK FEMALE IN ANY OF THESE TATTOOS THAT AUDIGIER DISPLAYS ON MILLIONS OF CLOTHING. JACOBS WILL PREVAIL !
