During the eternal struggle to find the perfect over the knee boot, I always find myself drawn to Chloé boots. They always seem to be the perfect balance of style and city practicality; for those akin to myself, you must take a moment and check out the Jeffrey Campbell Lubbock.
These boots are near twins; the only thing varying is the Lubbock has a dual buckle, while the Chloé has one. Both are tall, over the knee designs with a low heel and black suede shaft; boots you can wear with nearly anything.
