		<description>Unfortunately the Bay seems to be going the backwards. They&#039;ve recently ejected the Canadian By Design section in the womenswear floor at the downtown Vancouver store, which does just that: showcase local talent. Jason Matlo would have fit in with the rest of the labels featured in that department.</description>
