Since shoulders are the current ‘it’ body area, it seems only fitting that Forever 21 would get in on the evening wear game.
They have just released their embellished shoulder dress, complete with corset like waist construction, a bodycon skirt and beaded chain epaulette shoulders. For this kind of piece, I would expect to pay over $40, but hey, that’s the magic of Forever 21.
If you’re unsure of the heavy detail shoulder look, go in F21 and give it a whirl in the change room. If you don’t come out, nobody will know what you looked like! It’s an excellent plan of action.
