I know many have been drooling over Jimmy Choo and Hunter’s croc printed wellies, but few have nearly $500 for the pleasure of owning a pair.

Pour la Victoire has made version of their own, named the Rus.  While these boots are much cheaper, they aren’t necessarily affordable for all.. PLV is hocking these babies for $220 a pair.

While I understand the need for croc rain boots (they are damn cool and functional), I don’t see why we must pay more than $50 for a pair.

They’re rubber, for Christ’s sake – it’s one of the cheapest materials to make, and all it takes is a mold to create each boot.  If it makes you feel any better, they are made in Italy the same as the Choos.
