While I truly loathe the beast that is Twilight, I certainly can’t ignore Kim Cathers’ work for Harper’s Bazaar on their recent shoot in Vancouver with the Twi-cast.
Kim was in charge of tailoring the pieces to fit the actors like a glove, and got to hang out with them all day. When I asked, she stated something to the effect of RPatz isn’t as vagina melting in person as everyone thinks he is, but I’m sure that will deter no one in chasing his poor bones down.
What I find truly bizarre is how much Kristen Stewart looks like fugalicious Avril Lavigne in these shots. Perhaps it’s the overwhelming kohl eye and black hair team, but it’s really uncanny (in a horrifying way). While the clothing was [of course] impeccable, I can’t help but think the style of this shoot reminded me of a pre-prom photo shoot; it reeked of cliché.
Since I try to avoid anything Twi-hard, I don’t know if this is typical for these two – can anyone shed some light here?

Ah, this shoot was so bland. That black gown they stuck her in is especially mall-girl. I’m no Twilight fan myself but Kristin Stewart actually has a pretty wicked style.. You should google her Twilight promo tour of Europe, in Madrid she looked awesome, mad steeze, totally cool..
