I’m frankly shocked this didn’t occur in Britain, but I suppose this proves that the biggest chavs may actually live in Norway. While I haven’t actually seen a photo of this artist, I’m going to make the guess he’s a highly tacky attention seeker.. it’s a safe assumption.
Apparently the 33 year old Jens Werner Andersen wanted to create a “gathering place for happy people” by slapping the nude plaid over his home (which used to be a formal public lavatory, may I add).
I’m waiting for the other tartan shoe to drop, since Burberry is eager to sue anyone who infringes on their trademark plaid design.
Regardless of what happens, one this is for certain: this house stinks.

I regret the harsh word stated above. A little bit.
Jens Werner Andersen, the Burberry artist.
02.02.10 @ 8:26 am@Jens Werner Andersen: I have to hand it to you, that was the most eloquent defense anyone has ever given me. Now that is truly a work of art.
I won’t be voting on your tacky, copyright infringing ex-lavatory home.
02.02.10 @ 9:39 am@Jens Werner Andersen: if i were to vote i’d vote one, but it would against you and not the art so i also won’t vote on principal alone. when you make such a huge statement with your art i feel you need to accept the opinions and scrutiny you receive. im flabbergasted you would think *everyone* would love your fancy blatant rip off. also, im not sure who raised you but under no circumstances is it appropriate to speak to a lady that way. you should be ashamed of yourself. maybe curb your reactionary behavior, it will get you nowhere, fast.
