It’s all about animal during FW09, and since Topshop takes their cues from all design greats it’s no surprise that they are carring a furry zebra Ashish wedge that is incredibly similar to Kurt Greiger’s Amp of near identical print pattern.
While the Ashish ultra extended style is $310, Kurt Greiger’s svelte design ranks in at about $580. While one is obviously quite a bit more ridiculous than the other, I’m going to have to swing on the side of the Greiger wedge – the Ashish version would be a wee bit too much height addition for me to handle, plus it has that heinous peep toe.
