For those still loving all things spiked and violent, Patricia Field’s spike cluster cocktail ring is likely just the bling you’ve been pining for.
Apparently the ring is both adjustable and the spike points have been dulled, so don’t purchase this accessory with intent to do serious skin punctuation.
