Leather dresses are at the forefront of chic evening dress trends, and New Look has provided an affordable option for a 100% leather version (none of that ‘only leather on the front’ nonsense).

This isn’t a exactly Angelina’s strapless Michael Kors design, but this is the most affordable dress I’ve yet seen that isn’t faux material. £100 ($164 CA / $159 US) is a pretty damn good price; I suggest you look into snapping this minimalistic, yet effective limited edition number if you have the budget for it.

This would have been a great candidate for a cut out bust area (possibly a sweetheart neckline); I’m on the fence about the design of the dress being conservative and the material oh, not so much. Regardless, this is quite a deal and an eye catching piece for most any occasion.

This would be styled in the same manner of any non-leather LBD, just opt for a softer leg as you’re not going to want to double up on the skin coverings.
