These two boots are pretty damn close; they share the same shaft crop length, buckles (well, one at least), thick stacked heel and tread sole.

Aside from only having one shaft buckle, the Topshop AVA version ($190) only has an open toe design to differentiate it from the Tory Burch original ($595).  While you [clearly] won’t be buying a piece that is of the quality that the Burch boot is, for those searching for that look this is a reasonable price to pay.

I do loathe the fact that these are open toed though; what about when rain and snow hits the streets? Your socks or stockings are going to get mighty soaked in two shakes.
