So, Hilary Duff somehow convinced Donna Karan to allow her to ‘design’ a hideous line under her DKNY Jeans label, called Femme.
This is so mall chic 2007. I’m going to call this line’s epic fail before it even launches in August.

i don’t even understand who thinks hilary duff is a big enough fashion icon to “design” anything in the first place…?
