Forever 21 Launching New ‘Twist’ Line In 2 Days

On July 29th, affordable on-trend empire Forever 21 is launching their newest line, Twist.

The collection appears very circus inspired, with a hint of burlesque. Most of it appears pretty average, but a few pieces (including the green tulle petticoat and white ruched skirt) seem worth a look in person.
