This is a bit of comic relief to get you back into the swing of things; since Zappos are the self proclaimed champions of customer service, they are offering a special $50,000 t-shirt whose purchase would effectively shut down a significant other’s Zappos account (they would get the t-shirt as well of course).

According to the Zappos blog, the shirt would be hand delivered by one of their Customer Loyalty team members with the express promise that the ex can no longer charge up any of your still joint accounts.

That’s kind of messed up, is it not? Sadly I can imagine that there may be a few purchasers of these t-shirts. We’ll have to wait on Zappos for word on that, though.
